Upon seeing that it's some form of mechanism which grants a new move, Nidoking demands more such machines that can enable his massive family to better defend their home. He'll also be getting you to spend a while using the Hidden Machine to teach all his top warriors and diggers to use Rock Smash.

Yup, no problems with teaching that Nidorino ROCK SMASH.

"If any among your ranks are capable of producing light, we do have another mechanism that can make such skills almost blinding, and those affected by it will be unable to fight back as effectively. It is the only other mechanism we have on hand at the moment to my knowledge, unfortunately, and not one a typical member of the Nidoran family can utilize as far as I know, but very useful if there are those among your ranks who can.
