Uxie doesn't need to be so much cold. Kogeki already apologized. He get frustrated for not find the answers he was seeking and in character that was reasoble so at least the first and fourth they at least answer. Or at least answer the fourth question too. That's the part I don't agree. It would not change anything to plot related.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.
