Towards Prof.Rowan, Kee at first takes a defensive attitude as he's hesitant to open up why he's been asking the good professor about alternate dimensions and realms. Octavia eventually starts to nudge him, looking at him with big and teary Eeveelution-Eyes, yips at him once even. Kee can only resist for so long, he proceeds to pet and cuddle her while she looks delighted about having suceeded to charm him like that, as he opts to spill the beans towards the prof: "BECAUSE...." He has to hold his head as he hasn't come to terms with that thought yet (by far not yet!!), "....you know how I ended up here in Snowpoint, professor. Joining your group of investigators for this whole mess. Weird stuff has happened, part of my memory is more black and blurry than the air within a nightclub that owns a qualitative fog machine. Ugh....." Octavia mindfully purrs at him here and licks his cheek out of compassion. "Do I need to say more? I don't think so. I don't WANT to either to arise the wrong kind of attention on me. The Being of Knowledge hinted that answers may likely wait up there, on... What did she say? Oh yes, 'Spear Pillar'. Where's that, will our trip to Mount Coronent lead us there by coincidence?~" (Kee's not from here nor is super-knowledgable about geographics, so that's a valid in-chara question.) "OH RIGHT!" He perks up, looks hesitant to get the words out. How are, well, eh... things going at Virbank by the way, is, you know, Roxie already running riot about me being absent without leaving a trace behind...?" He feels he'd be off better to not know, but that'd make him look unprofessional.

He takes a deep breath, looks for the Ball containing this Grotle in his stuff, then summons Juhani right here on the spot. She's looking good, proud and ready for action, Kee'd pet her if he wouldn't know that she doesn't like that.

He visibly lights up, displays a delighted expression and crosses his arms in a comfortable manner as she adresses Prof. Rowan with a clear voice: "You know, if YOU are really okay with it, I'd like to keep her under my care. She, Juhani how I named her - forget that it's actually a male name - has potential, she really has, and I FEEL some chemistry between us, positive vibes, yet SO concealed and hidden. That's quite the same when Aya, my Primarina, has been given to me by retirering Performer - she was proud, refusing and not very cooperative towards me at first. She relatively quickly warmed up to me though. Still is a diva brimming with self-assurance, but that's just how she is." Kee displays a smile that reflects pride upon sharing his successful taming of and bonding with Aya. "The decision's up to you now, professor. Do you really not expect anything in return...? He's just idleness turned into a Pokemon, but he has a great taste of music."

Of course, if Prof.Rowan himself agrees to leave this snowy turtle in the hands of that vibrant musician with the Sylveon, Juhani herself will be asked what HER choice on that matter is. Currently she sports 3/3 in Happiness and Loyalty towards Kee, and she's got that +1 Strength Suprise from the Protein. It all depends on her viewpoint now, as Kee wouldn't want to force his and his other Pokemon's company onto her.

Seeing how late in-game it also is, 24h have passed since Kee planted that Ranc Berry in the Berry Pot Prof.Rowan offered - how have things been going on that front, any ripe berries already? ^_^ If there are, all but 1 will be fed to Stella right away, and a Sitrus Berry will be planted now before Kee'll fall into bed like a stone accelerated by Rock Wrecker, heavily tired and done with everything. Octavia fondly cuddles up to him and Stella curls up in her cozy blanket in a corner of the bed, drawn to the peacefulness and protectiveness of his. Aww!~ It's looking much too cute for the sarcastic and moody guy he is, but guess he has a soft and loving side. He has evolved a Sylveon after all.

Kee wanted to see whether he can trade the Alola Sandslash he caught to someone belonging to Candice's Gym for some Held Items as well as stock up on supplies, will there be time to do that before leaving town?
