I WOULD because I originally wanted Shiva to be the weather-queen to make up for what she misses in brute strength, but with so much disobediance I'm very hesitant to take it and she already got some Pokemon she'd like to train up more. How does letting Shiva see and introduce herself towards that beast at some point ( = not now) and then decide from there whether she accepts it or not? You can still sell it afterwards.
