The Pokedex doesn't identify any of these Eggs. They're all unusual beyond its database. 

The red Pokeball does suck undead Charizard inside itself.

It's probably catchable, since a human or complex object wouldn't have been sucked inside.

You catch the Aerodactyl and faint it.

Does the Mega Stone look like it might be a variety of Charizardite? Or is it obviously not?

Alright, so now that we know both Aerodactyl and the undead Charizard are both catchable, let's try to catch 'em both.
