I can burn any pieces of Deoxys might left to regenerate. It might not stop regeneration, but it will slow a bit. Also, I gonna use the Frozen Roar on you. If you could pass along this buff like a Baton Pass, this could be helpful. Or even use to increase the power of your spell/Tower."
