Is this even a Pokemon game if no one has a surfing Pikachu?

Never mind the fact that the only way to get a Surfing Pikachu without an event is through getting it in one of the old battle simulation games or the pokewalker. 

Flying Pikachu and Extreme Speed Pikachu are pretty cool, too
