As for Charizard's response to Arete...well, he just rolls his eyes and ignores the currently tiny bug for now.  Given their current state, he'd easily be able to wipe the floor with them if they started to cause any trouble.  Picking a fight with them wouldn't be worth his time.  A Charizard will not typically fight foes weaker than themselves, after all.  Besides, Arete's probably had more than enough Deoxys parts to eat anyways.  They may be fine now, but given what's happening to the shorter lived Combee that have consumed alien flesh, eating even larger quantities of it would probably have some adverse effects.  Better to just burn up what's left.

As for Nathan's own Key Stone and rewards, Nathan gives the Latis a small bow iinstead of a pat when they bring the rainbow colored stone to him.  And in response to the Mist Lord's question, Nathan actually has a bit more to ask for besides the TMs.  "If I could get TMs for Thunder Punch and Outrage, that'd be wonderful.  Also, if he doesn't mind, could Terra and I ask Latios some questions?  Namely concerning where he was before this mess started.  I don't want to be a bother, but...something about what Terra told me is bugging me something fierce."

As for which color I'd prefer for Nathan, that would probably be the Violet Key Stone.  Nathan will also take said Key Stone and slot it into the eye socket of his Mutios necklace.  He'll also take the Galladite and slot it into the eye socket of the Aotius necklace.  He crafted these awhile ago, but he knew that he'd want to do this even then!

...given Nathan's past experiences with Scimitar members and Mega Evolution, he can't help but worry about the League giving some Key Stones to Scimitars.  Well, mostly Cosh specifically.  Kelda...

Ah yes, right, Loyalty and Happiness.

Gallade gets 20 exp, since he couldn't possibly be any closer to Nathan than he already is.
Charizard's exempt since he already got Happiness from watching stuff burn.
Princess gets +1 Happiness, finally getting to see the fruits of all of her studies of rulership pay off.  She now has a perfect 5 in both Happiness and Loyalty!
Grid gets +1 Loyalty, as he's been with Nathan through thick and thin for almost the entire journey.  Not even a Legendary pokemon can keep them apart, as proven with Seikamater already!

Oh boy. Arete.....Arete really didn't like the draco flame's dismissal one single bit. Nope, not in the slightest. She/they went still for a couple of second as she/they parsed what Charizard said. They...they considered HER/THEMSELVES, a Legendary GENESECT, to be WEAK and UNWORTHY? She/They who had survived the entire battle against the clones, mercilessly cutting them all down and devouring them all? The....the....the nerve, sheer gall of that Fire breathing lizard......SCRRRRAAAAAAGH!!!

With that roar of ANGER, she/they crouch and started shaking with INDIGNATION , the rocky terrain cracking beneath her/their feet from the sheer force she/they were exerting upon it, body tense like a coil ready to be sprung violently! No guess at what or who she/they wanted to spring at. The primal powerhouse looked primed and ready to start a Fight of her own against Charizard, damn her/their Master's Orders! She'd/They'd just have to figure out a way to interpret his Orders in such a way that would allow her too, and it would be lights out for that DISRESPECTFUL FAKE DRAGON! 

(Uh......I didn't really want to escalate this, but Charizard being pompous and aloof to Arete sounds too me like an invitation for strife and conflict between them. She's/They're rather prideful of her/their power, might, and status, so getting treated like nothing by them set her/them off big time, especially when that treatment comes from a Fire/Flying type.)

When the brilliant historian decided to rope him in question Latios, Terra looked over to them with raised eyebrows and a puzzled frown.  He didn't have any interest in pestering the Eon Dragon with personal inquiries of that nature (or the inclination, for that matter), so he was not quite sure why they included him in that discussion. Not that he minded - he was fine with it, in all honesty - but it was none the less a perplexing choice to him.
