(Uh......I didn't really want to escalate this, but Charizard being pompous and aloof to Arete sounds too me like an invitation for strife and conflict between them. She's/They're rather prideful of her/their power, might, and status, so getting treated like nothing by them set her/them off big time, especially when that treatment comes from a Fire/Flying type.)

You know what this is reminding me of, @Lord Windos?  The Charicific Valley episodes of the anime.

....Is that a good or bad thing? I'm familiar with the episode in question, but I'm not entirely sure if the resolution was great or not...
