When you say "overtime" how much time you are speaking?

If I had to make a guess, it's probably at least an Encounter or a few hours prior to an Encounter in order for Viktor to gain 'control' of an area of nature, but I could be wrong.

That aside, since Viktor ain't going to be doing that, what's your plan to screw with DEOXYS PRIME and his band of 'merry' clones now, mate?
