All of the ones that participated have to get as equal a share of the exp as possible. No favoritism. I couldn't give any exp to Charizard because he didn't really do anything in that final battle. None of Nathan's other pokemon made an appearance, either, so no exp for them.
Trevenant should be eligible for a share, I think.
