After Spira uses the medical supplies to heal his party, despite wanting a chance to adjust his party beforehand, he starts asking around about Angela, he feels its about time for that battle he promised her.

Nathan has some info for Spira!

"Angela?  Oh, she said you could challenge her?  Well, she's usually hanging around one of two locations: the Safari Zone in Teazel Valley, or the Nature Preserve near Arrowroot Village.  The Nature Preserve is where the gym is officially located, but she's always moving between the two locations to train her pokemon.  'Course, with Teazel being a wreck right now, that might influence the odds that she'll be there...can't really give you more exact information than that, though.  Even the League has a hard time keeping track of her.  I'd ask around a bit more if I were you."
