"Okay. Want to own a medium building in Stair, and turn it into a private research lab and workshop, fully outfitted with all stuff needed to run it. Want a grant too, and full rights to all research, developments, discoveries, and inventions made by it. Need experts and researchers to staff it, primarily ones specialized in Bug and insect like Pokemon, prehistoric Pokemon and Fossil Revival, geneticists, Pokemon biology and chemistry, and Pokemon surgery, so would like a list of references of people with those qualifications. Willing to make you and your company a partner in my research too, but need to set up lab first and work out details of that deal later."

"Want a modest amount of Pokemon. Do not need to be Rare or special, but all need to be  healthy, Obedient, and well trained or naturally know a lot of Moves. Would like at least 7, but would settle for 4 instead. No preference in Type either, except for Psychic and Ghost Types. Do not want any of those Types. If their are any kinds of strong restraints for Psychic Pokemon, I want some too."

"Keni's and Oscar Waren's houses in Cress was destroyed, and I would like to see it rebuilt for them. If that is not possible, want to buy a new home for them there instead, and give him a budget to decorate it how he likes and restock his lost supplies."

"Request I be kept constantly updated in Cosh's case, and a small team of good and non-biased, non-League lawyers to be assigned to help defend and represent him in court and to League. Willing to help defend Cosh in anyway too. Let League know that I wish great leniency for him and the Scimitars under his command, as without his and their aid we could not have stopped Deoxys and saved Cheshire."

"That is all. If League wants to give anything more, or request services and favors for requests I made, that is fine with me."

(In other words: Place I can research/modifying Arete and any possibly Deoxys, get a group of Obedient Pokemon with plenty of Moves as Energy Fodder to use to attempt to make Terra's Deoxys Clone absolutely Loyal to him [And later be used as research subjects, possibly], help Ken and Oscar out [If they haven't already], and basically be a total bro for Cosh. Not sure if all my requests will be meet or in what way, but hey, can't know unless I ask!)

"If past endowments from the League are any guide, you'll have all you need to afford a nice lab to rival my own. I can help you redirect those funds. Oh! There are two types of medal the League gives out that might be relevant. One is a simple symbol of heroism, bravery, and strength. The other is more like the Nobel Prize offered in other regions. It recognizes an achievement of knowledge. If you want, we could try to push the Committee in that direction - say you rediscovered long-lost artifacts and knowledge of the Millennium Comet. We could probably make that argument for anyone else who is interested - Shiva with her interest in Telperion, Heart with his Deltas, Nathan with his history, and Spira with his Poke-occult knowledge to rival that of the Scims."

"Laurelin will know all the paleontologists and geneticists you need. I'll ask her for a list of references from all around the world. That one's easy!"

"We have a lot of rare Pokemon liberated from the Almanac base. I'm not supposed to be spreading this around, but some will be up for adoption soon and you can be moved to the top of the list." 

"Obviously the rebuilding effort will be ongoing. I don't think you need to worry about those long term. Perhaps we can have a word and have their homes moved to the front of the list."

"It would be a conflict of interest for League lawyers to represent Cosh, so you needn't worry about that. Our public defenders are top notch and have very good reputations. In the future, though, I'll have a few things to show you about Almanac that may change your mind about this. Remember, they were my biggest competitor, though I don't think that'll be a problem from now on! It'll be interregional competition now, with other legitimate Pokemon Professors."
