Before I buy it, I want try something: Can I try to negotiate with the guy to get a lower price? Like try to negotiate a lower price for the items?

And if I can, what roll it would be? 

Also, I would like to search for clothes a bit more resistance in terms of defense. But at the same time light enough to not slow my movement.

I'll roll a check for that.  How exactly are you trying to convince the shopkeep to sell you the materials for a lower price, though?  That'll determine which stats I roll.

I'm afraid Snowpoint doesn't really sell that kind of clothing.  They mostly focus on warm clothes for obvious reasons, and most trainers usually try to avoid combat, so there's not really a high demand for that kind of attire.

Hmm, maybe try soft talk with the person who is selling? Is a woman or a man who is selling? I could use Perform as a stat to do it. But since I have 0, can I at least put 2 points in Perform to not be a complete failure? I have 26 XP, so I could put 1 or 2 points. Ninjas usually use deception or talk in some cases.
