Let's go with Etiquette then. Use 6 XP to raise Etiquette to 1 to get a better chance.

The polite approach it is, then!  The roll will be Intelligence + Contest + Etiquette.  The shops use some fairly standard prices, so you'll have to roll at least 4 successes to get some kind of discount.

(3)(2)(3)(4)(3)(5) 2 successes.  Unfortunately, that's not enough for a discount on the materials when the shops are using a standardized system.  "Sorry pal, but I'll need ya to pay the same prices that everyone else does.  Can't be goin' and makin' special exceptions for one customer.  Just the way it is, unfortunately."

Oof. Than 4000 then. Never hurt at least try.  However I not gonna do the Craft roll (yet). Still need to get some XP to try it.

Since we have a free encounter to Rans finish the Robo Arm, I think Kogeki could search for a battle against a Wild Pokemon. Just to pass the time.
