Since we have a free encounter to Rans finish the Robo Arm, I think Kogeki could search for a battle against a Wild Pokemon. Just to pass the time.

When you head to Acuity Lakefront to look for wild pokemon to fight, there are none to be found!  The wind that's started is making it extra chilly, too.
