Help Can't even patch

You need to update your game to point to the new server. Go here: http://www.pokemonuranium.co/showthread.php?tid=59, and there's a link to the modified neoncube.ini file. You need to do that in order to tell your game where to look for the new updates.

I did. I downloaded and replaced the neoncube.ini file. Same problem. 
Nothing works at all. I tried even a fresh install and same problem occurs.
