Shiva greets Dagny in a jolly manner, she appears rather happy to meet this steely Gym Leader again. In the natural fae-enthusiast's mind, the Gym Battle and her very close victory is still vivid! "Dagny, it's nice to see you in person after it's been so long, and I'm very glad that you've been able to find some time to let us meet you!~ I'm sorry that it's so near-term, either way." She chuckles a bit to overplay her faint nervosity and embarassment.
Once having taken a seat, Shiva speaks up first. "Ehm, alright, let's get to why I - or rather, me and Nathan - wished to meet up and speak with you. You see, I've been guessing that you'll be just the right person to approach in said manner... It concerns Garlicburg, that small island far north-west of Chreshire's coast. You certainly know which one I mean? That one where military is omnipresent, guarding thet bay and whole island, full of cliffs, root vegetables, sand and very large Pokemon as far as I heard and read. Not even researchers alre allowed to head there without permission - and said permission is exactly why I'm sitting here in front of you now." Shiva's posture strengthens and her determination increases visibly. "Say, wouldn't you be able to get said permission for us? With 'us' I'm meaning Nathan and me, there wasn't a chance to ask the others yet. Preferably as fast as you're able to, so that we can depart tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. I'd like to FLY there if it is possible in a way, explore this place and see what it's got to offer, and then travel back eastwards through the desert and forest. Mostly....since I know for certain that there's something at the shore that is laying around there, a particular Megastone that I'd like to get my hands on. There's probably much more things to see and collect if it's safe and okay to do so, I'm always on the lookout for treasures and loot!"
"Dagny... Yes, if you'd be to warn me that this place is as dangerous and risky to visit like angering an oversized Mawile, I know this, I am fully aware of this. But... We have managed to get rid of Deoxys Prime. The Artifacts are still with us, ready to be used (bar the Hauberk so far). The League acknowledged us by letting us have Keystones and access to HM Surf. If there are any people who you'd think would not get themselves in huge trouble or danger by visiting that island, wouldn't you agree that your mind would at some point wander to us?"
