Uranium Got Nominated for Fan Game of the Year

I am both thrilled and anxious over this news...

Thrilled, because WOW, what a great accolade for Uranium (especially if it winds up winning), and heaven only knows it's good enough to deserve it.  Like @Clueless, I have to constantly remind myself that this is a fan-created game, not the product of a sophisticated gaming company that's been around for years.  It's incredible the quality of this game and how compelling the story is... it's just a shame my poor little Nucleon will never be a "real" Eeveelution (except in my heart!)

Anxious, because this will likely bring some renewed interest in the game.  While that would be great as far as expanding the community, I worry about the possibility of Nintendo releasing "Banhammer: The Sequel" on us...   ... Although, the nomination (and win, if Uranium is so lucky!) would definitely be a fun little gesture to the lawyers.

Couldn't help but notice that Sun/Moon was notoriously absent from the "Most Anticipated Game" category...!

I agree @EeveeBailey, i feel in the same way. I very happy to see Uranium receive the respect and notorious he deserved, but i feel very anxious, because this would be a pine in the foot of Nintendo to have attack again. But this given some satisfaction too, because this was literally a slap in the face of Nintendo. Imagined the face of the adms in nintendo when they discover the game they try to takedown, its nomitaded fan game of the year. I would pay anything to see his faces, it would be marvelous 
And yeah, i see that too about Sun/Moon absent in "Most Anticipated Game". Eat this Nintendo lawyers
