[Meta thread] Iron's PokeRole Adventure: The Skull Ruins

Okay, I think I've come to some sort of conclusion which infinite and personal TM I'd like for Shiva, there are 3 moves left between which I'm finally deciding on.

Those are

- Natural Gift, TM84 in Gen4. Rather well fits Shiva's close bond to nature and her 'ace-up-my-sleeve'-style of battling.
- Giga Drain, TM19 from Gen2 to Gen4. Lifestealing and Grass Types are pretty much her thing.
- Calm Mind, TM04 since Gen3. Fits how Shiva has developed a special liking for Psychic Types.

Regardless what she picks, she's going to guard the TM and not share the move between the others because of the signature-move-vibes she and me would like to keep. Before I finally decide, I'd still like to know from GM whether the Pokemon who are able to learn a move from the infinite and personal TM are determined by the corebook or by fitting and bulbapedia in this specific case as it influences my choice quite much.
