Every trainer on the battlefield orders their pokemon to begin (de)buffing before going on the offensive.
Susano'o's fins grow sharp as he waves them about.

Cassidy orders her Golbat to be tricksy, like any good ninja she's read about and dreamed of being! "Let's take out that weird looking crab pokemon, Golbat!"
