Karen carefully takes the cup and sips on its contents, then pats Octavia's head.

"Lots of Graveler, Medicham, Golbat, Machoke, Bronzong, the rare Clefairy and Chimecho...you know, all the usual suspects for Sinnoh's cave systems, just evolved.  Haven't been up there in awhile, though.  You are right that the wild pokemon up there don't see many humans!  I actually once saw a wild Probopass up there that didn't even know what a human was, believe it or not!  But you know, now that you're asking, that reminds me that I did see some kind of really long pokemon up there right before the blizzards started...at least, I think I did...I didn't really get a good look at it.  Not really sure if I was seeing things or not.  The top of the mountain kind of has this...mystical quality to it, I guess you could say.  The higher up you go, the closer you get to the center of creation itself, they say.  Not sure if I entirely believe that, to be honest, but I can't deny that there is a strange aura about the mountain."

Octavia's delighted over kind pats from the young and caring lady and begins to purr softly. Aww!~ Once she has collected enough strokes, she leaps off to curl together near the cozy fireplace again; right next to Stella for additional warmth. Kee's totally entranced by the adorable sight of his two feline females enjoying themselves like this. (´ ω `♡)

So many various kinds of Pokemon... That mountain sure provides a good habitat for cave-dwellers. Damn those Steel Types too, but luckily Skittles' poison' extraodinairily corrosive; literally speaking. That really long Pokemon - THAT one nicely catches Kee's attention though and he glances towards the hiker from his rimless glasses with a curious look. "Aha. 'Really long Pokemon' - That could've been anything, from a dragon to a legend. Did it feature any other traits apart from being super-long? Like, was it flying, prone to attack you or such?"

Karen doesn't feel confident enough in summoning Mightyena to get her doggo to help, but the Fire type move users do wonders in making it easier to find items in the snow!  Even as young as two of them are, Kee's training methods help them melt away large quantities of snow even with weak moves.  There's always more snow falling to replace what was just melted, however, so it's hard work that takes a lot of time.

Kee actually finds a really rare item: a Dusk Stone!  Draven pops out of his pokeball during the search to help find it.  He's very careful to not touch it right away, though.
Karen doesn't find anything quite as exciting, but she does find a TM for Sunny Day hidden in the snow drifts after getting completely covered in snow herself.

Ah, if Karen's not feeling confident enough to bring out her black doggo, then Kee's going to have Stella help her instead by melting away some snow with her enhanced sunlight and embers. He himself has his poisonous firely lizard for that job AND Draven wants to help finding stuff too on top of that, and Kee would be untrue to himself if he'd deny a young lady a helping hand when he's got one to offer.

Eventually the three come across that shadowy black stone, and it causes the poisonous raver to laugh. Plain and simply laugh, in a rather nonchalant and humourous way. "Well ISN'T that a coincidence my lovely toxic catbat, it's almost scary how lucky I am t'day!!~ Hehehe... Oh no, you're not getting to touch this stone yet. Sorreeeeh, not gonna happen!~" He affectionately ruffles Draven's head and then carefully packs the stone away. "BUT, and that much I promise ya, it has your name written on it. Set in stone so to say, hah! There's a long way ahead for us two until you're ready to have your dormant villain's mind unlocked and until I'm ready to properly deal with it. As long as we're together though, that way will be a stroll through the dock, we just have to take care of the sea-breeze not knocking us down or stealing our judgement!~~"

It's quite a cool sight to see Master and Pokemon beaming with delight and readiness to get through things together like this. ^0^
