Lucas shakes his head in response to Kogeki's suggestion.  "You heard 'em.  They don't have the power to directly help us right now.  And they're probably better off staying where they are right now.  If they were overpowered while at full strength, I can't imagine they'd fair much better if they were caught again by...whatever trapped them there."

Kogeki finds the wagon is on its side in the snow.  Its contents have spilled onto the ground and have been quickly covered by the falling snow.  There might be some valuable stuff hidden in the snow, but digging through it by hand looks both hard and freezing.
