Oh, Octavia couldn't care less about Ran not being delighted over her concern at first, but she relaxes a little as he doesn't chase her off or something similar. She seems to sense it when her presence and sympathy isn't appreciated and will react accordingly if so, right now she ceases from coming too close to the old 'n grumpy blacksmith though to not agiate him unnecessarily. She's tactful like that!~

Kee himself also appears to be somewhat....thankful that Ran doesn't end up chasing him off right away, and ends up just sitting there enjoying the quietness and comfort of the cabin as well as the sweet sweet~ fortified chocolaty beverage brought along. There's barely anything better than a cup of that when you've just escaped some snowstorm and icy wind and whatelse.

Towards Ran's attempt to him talking about his feelings and view on the job and situation, he doesn't respond at first, but he silently sighs a little, his smile becomes a bittersweet one. Towards Kogeki:

Ah, it'd need more of a random Ninjask coming close to startle Kee, he just lets them be as long as they aren't posing a threat, try anything funny or are getting too close. Octavia however eyes that stealthy bug with narrow eyes and distrust, just in case.

When Kogeki comes close to apologize for his over-curious Ninjask and explains their sweet tooth, Kee rummages a bit in his stuff and eventually pulls out a handful of konpeito to let the Ninjask take off his open hand - if they like. To Kogeki himself, Kee just waves hand in a 'it-is-no-big-deal'-manner.
