Since I get the chance to get a few others of those birds in Nuclear Form, I guess it is not problematic in give as gift. Useful to hatch eggs with Flame body. And can there is no other Nuclear Pajay in the normal game, only via Gift. And has the exclusive move, Nuclear Wind, who upon use can summon a Fallout Weather. But if you not interested I could send you one of my N-Pajay for you evolve yourself.
