Once again, apologies for delays due to the holidays. On that note, though, I also have an announcement. As I'll be taking a 1 week vacation from work to go on a big family trip to Disney World, I might not have much time to post in my game thread from the 25th to the 31st. I'll try to continue with brief updates in Skull Ruins if possible, but no guarantees.
Despite the lack of updates in the game thread, I have also been working on upcoming events in MCM a little more, refining some of the details. I'm hoping that those refinements should make the upcoming content suitably challenging and enjoyable.
Thank you for your patience, everyone.
Sorry, but I been waiting quite a lot of time for some good old roleplaying and return to active. Thats one of the reasons I put the stealth thing, to have at least some real action even with the danger ahead. And to me is like we are stuck for quite a long time only with hits of big plot points, but instead we be only doing little things: Gym thingies, random trainers, a few encounters here and there, and nothing really impactful, and this kinda make me feel impatience for something really big and relevant plot related.
Thats why I tried sometimes to bring some narrative towards interaction with Pokemon partneers, because this is something I like: Relantioship between human and pokemon and their moments of bonding. But nope, not even that little moments. It might not plot related, but hey at least it is interesting to have these nice moments of narrative.
It times like this I miss Celadon Campaigh...it has hight difficult, and had moments of hiatus too, but at least the narrative, and moments of interaction between pokemon and human partneers make it worth the wait. And has a lot more action well balanced with narrative. Something I not feeling a lot in this campaigh. And the meeting of Legendary was, well, more "Legendary".
Skull Ruins is also good too. Just the ending of the "dice" side of the campaigh left a bittersweet flavor in my mouth, with the whole Deoxys thing. Sorry if I been feeling fearful in this campaigh have the same bittersweet in my mouth once again. I just want to avoid the same disapointing I felt with the Skull Ruins. Perhaps I should had worked better in my hype. Expecting something epic, and instead had something disapointing in my eyes.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.
