(...) Then she gives Terra a light punch into his massive shoulder to get his attention, the look she's giving him then is a somewhat sulking one. "Next time you talk with him (Ventus), please do tell him that a severe infection of 'Missing-you'-feelings is vexxing me and that him being there to cuddle and sleep a night away with me would do best to cure that! He still owes me something he promised."

(...) At her somewhat melancholy and silly request, he gives her his most serious and solemn nod. “Understood. Ven has not forgotten about promise. Has…big plans for you. *Shakes head* Can’t say what, but…”
Terra trails off briefly, before smiling and reaching over and tussling the mystical lass’ hair.

“…You’ll enjoy it. Promise.” (...)

....AHA! It appears clear as day now to Shiva that Terra seems to know what those 'big plans' are that the eccentric researcher has for his fae fancy. Hummmmmmmm... She's giving the steely brawler a sly look as he playfully tussles her hair, then her face turns almost crimson-red outta sheer blushy embarassment, causing Shiva to pluck Chi from her shoulder and cuddle into her in an attempt to hide her face. Her fond smile she's unable to hide however., it's apparent as she carefully nods to Terra as a thanks for him playing messenger.

As Nathan turns to Terra, Heart's eye is drawn to three autumn leaves swirling in odd ways. An odd wind picks up, and disappears as suddenly as it arrived. A pink glow floating a few feet above Nathan's head resolves itself into a spritely form, tails fluttering as if in a breeze. Nathan can feel who has arrived. The rest of you pick up on the strong sense of worry from the Pokemon you can see - Mesprit, of course.

Its emotions are a tangle - urgency and caution, worry and power, impatience and age-old wisdom. Still, it seems happy to have found you all gathered together. Apparently, it expects something from you.

Nathan turns to Mesprit and nods, smiling.  "Thanks for coming all the way over here, Mesprit."

And now, Nathan can properly explain what's going on to everyone!

"So, long story short, I'd like to use the Red Chain to help Mesprit with reuniting the Lake Trio.  Azelf's still missing since they vanished at Lake Chicory.  Uxie is who knows where since they left the region by flying to the north.  And there's something at the root of it all that forced them to split, something old and powerful that's related to human carelessness.  Mesprit agreed that having some backup would likely be helpful, and they've also mentioned that it would be very helpful for us to get the DIVE HM before we attempt this.  Whatever's going on, there's still problems underneath the surface of the waters surrounding Creshire, or possibly even in the flooded tunnels directly beneath the region."

Nathan takes a thoughtful pose as he continues.  "Something was trapping Latios in those flooded tunnels.  And something forced the Lake Trio to scatter.  There may still be other Legends that need assistance, too.  We've met a fair few on our travels, but there's still many we haven't seen hide nor hair of as of now.  We may have to keep an eye out for clues to their whereabouts in the future.  And if they need assistance, it's likely going to take more than a Sword and a few prayers to help them. So, can I count you guys in on helping me with this?  You're free to decline if you wish, but your help would be greatly appreciated."

And thus, the question posed, Nathan awaits for everyone's responses.  And if there are those who have further questions for Mesprit, now would be the time to ask.

Given what Shiva knows by now, it wasn't hard at all for her to count one and one together and quickly identify the pink glow into the very being of emotion - Mesprit, one of the three Guardians of the Lakes, one of those bengs spoken about in Sinnoh's lore and legends. She's smiling in a delightful and excited manner to herself, greets Mesprit with a gentle wave of her hand and a deep respectful bow. "Aww, almost certain that it'd be you who Nathan was expecting!~ I greet thee, noble bringer of feelings and one who guards a sea far away from here in a different region..."

Mesprit's happiness makes Shiva happy, though at the same time she too becomes worried upon picking up Mesprit's worry. Something seems not right at all, does it?

That concern of the natural fae-enthusiast is soon adressed by Nathan himself, now Shiva gets what he meant by 'some really, really important came up'... Yes, that kinda justifies things, and justifies her being a bit late on her trip later this day. Well, as long as she'll make it to arrive before dusk, she's fine!~

The young historian's request about their help however causes Shiva to become somewhat hesitant and careful, all about her expression and body language expresses an image of a skittish and insecure wild Pokemon. She even clutches the Ancent Shield a bit harder, as if she was semi-trying to hide behind it or as if she was hoping for encouragement from her Ancient Artifact of choice. "W-well then," she eventually and quietly speaks up, "Using the Red Chain for that purpose is perfectly fine and justified, agreed - If that scattered Trio belongs together and we have a way to reunite them, then it'd be unforgiveable to deny. H...however...."

Boldness rises within her now when she just looked like she has fallen back into her shy, insecure and anxious self. "Nathan, please listen to that, I haven't come to Chresire to solve all the regions problems, not to help ever Legendary Pokemon it may host. Of course, shall help be necessary and we DO have means to aid them, I will and will not abstain as that'd be rude and ungrateful to a region that has brought me myself SO much - Though I do have my own plans, my own path to follow, my own quest and way to go, and that may or may not lead me onto a different path away from any Legendary Pokemon and their personal problems. I MAY be a hero of the region now, but I'm not a shining knight - or maid - that is expected to bring salvation to the whole land and sea marking Chresire. Shall something come up or shall a Legendary Pokemon ask for our help - in whatever way that happens - I will consider things and see whether I'm in the means to help - or not, can't promise anything yet. It strongly depends on how busy, how involved with my issues I am at that moment, you see..." That's all she wished to say appearantly as now she falls back into silence and into meekness, though she's also somewhat proud that she voiced directly what she thinks and feels.

"S-so, in other and less worlds; yes you can generally count on my help, though I keep the right to decline shall I either be no help or am too tied up into my own business the time help is asked for, it's an individual matter. Does that...sound alright to you? You see, I don't wish to outright and definitey agree now and then having to stress myself about shouldering my issues and a Legendary Pokemon's..."

She herself has no questions for Mesprit herself at the moment.
