At Shiva's request, Terra silently nods back to her, completely understanding and accepting her desires and rationale for them. As a merchant's son and 'former' Contest Master, he's aware of how responsibilities, obligations, and ambitions can get it the way or prevent one from of doing other tasks they wish they could do, so he doesn't hold her tentative offer to help Nathan and Mesprit against her. Or Heart not prioritizing aiding the Being of Emotion over his other self-imposed but very much laudable duties, for that matter.
Still, despite all that, he can't help but frown a little in disappointment at them. Having the opportunity to help a Legendary Pokemon was a great and high honor and esteemed privilege that seldom few get, less so when a Legend itself asks for it. The fact that the group (himself included) has already aided Legends in their time of need and frequently interacted with them (for good or ill) does not diminsh the honor at all. Iin fact, it might enhance it, knowing the Legends consider them worthy and reliable enough to consistently offer services/favors for them to perform.
Plus, typically people/Pokemon get richly rewarded for helping the great Legends (either by them or others), but that's besides the point for Terra. He's just happy and pleased to help the Legends, for the reasons stated above. Simple as that!
Because of this, Shiva and Heart being somewhat dismissive and almost irreverent of this honor rubs him the wrong way. That, and it makes him concerned for their shake - they are openly snubbing (to a degree) the Pink Pixie in their presence, which doesn't seem like a good idea to him...
For the other stuff discussed by the pun lover and fae lady, he holds his peace on. Doesn't really have much to say about it, really.
As for his own current responsibilities that could potentially delay him helping Mesprit, they're the kind that can be put off or delegated to others, so he's pretty much always free and able to help anyone, really! That means Nathan can count on him be their for him in this great undertaking, as always!
