Terra won't vocally object to anyone taking the Helm as an extra Artifact, as he'll understand why they want as much power as possible for upcoming trails, but he'll be pretty internally disappointed and displeased with whomever ends up wielding it. Group's plenty powerful enough in his eye, so taking it would smack as both unnecessary and dishonorable to the man.
