If this is correct, due to Heart able in use any of his Pokemon moves, I could take advantage in this item to deliver any boost of Defense or power among the party. Or Negative side effects of certain moves he use.

You mixed the effects of the two slightly.

- The Hauberk is a manipulative piece of equipment, able to swap around buffs and debuffs.  Cosh also used it at the start of the Deoxys encounter to swap his Initiative with an ally's.  As Cosh didn't have any pokemon with him on the battlefield, what effects the Hauberk might have on allied pokemon are uncertain unless Iron clarifies the effects a little for us.

- The Helmet lets the user and two of their pokemon go first in the initiative guaranteed (beating even Speed Deoxys and the Choice Scarf).  Their moves' effects could also affect Deoxys (bypassing its immunity to those kinds of nuisances), and were the only way such effects could be directly inflicted in that battle without the Hauberk.

The Hauberk and the Shield are support items primarily.  Conversely, the Helm and Sword are primarily offensive items.

I also recall that the Hauberk can also redirect attacks/Moves themselves to other nearby targets, which means the wielder could redirect an attack to a Shielded Pokemon and practically negate the attack/Move that way. Also, it can only do a 1 - 1 transfer of buffs and/or debuffs, meaning the user can't give everyone a buff or give all foes a debuff. It also takes an Action to use the Hauberk itself to transfer Status/Buffs/Debuffs/Etc to others, unlike the passive boosts of the Sword and Shield.

With the Helm, I also think it gives auto Crits on regular attacks, and gives big accuracy buffs to Moves like Fissure and/or Very Low Accuracy Moves. Because I don't recall Mika/that other Scim having to roll Accuracy on most of their attacks....

So Dragonstrike's right on the money in their assessment. The Helm and Sword are the Offensive Artifacts, while the Shield and Hauberk are the Defensive Artifacts. The Frozen Roar is a pseudo 5th Artifact, and it's effects could be classified as both Offensive and Defensive, and it isn't picky about who wields it, so I guess it's the Flex Artifact?

Question: Is Heart going to wield an Artifact now? Also: is Nathan or Shiva going to wield an extra one, if need be?

I was thinking in use the Hauberk, but I think IC the Hauberk could be given to Terra, since you mentioned about asking Cosh permission to wield it, so it's kinda fits more in my opinion.

I could use the Helmet, since the offensive power kinda fits, since Heart was always a more attacker character, with his stats focus more in attacking me power with Dex, Fight, Strength and Vitality in it's full power. Kinda also fits in Fire tendency, so he is connected to a more destruction elements.

And Terra have a more protective and defense nature, ready to stay strong and protect everyone, so the Hauberk fit Terra more than Heart.
Kogeki currently ability to active in battles: Anticipation.
