Haha, that's by far no normal Scizor with a scarf and a badge. But just like Windos, I'm not going to spoil anything, I'm sorry... It'd ruin a potential suprise. But I kinda wonder HOW the heck this Scizor ended up here in the world of humans - probably the way Kee and this Drampa did, this mysterious force must really enjoy messing things up.
