"Dazzling Gleam and Shadow Ball. The first one is a great counter move to Dark types. Nami already have Focus Blast, so here something awesome and cool for you to use. And Shadow Ball because you were lacking STAB Ghost type moves. Considerelly a gift for your hard work." I suppose Nagi is ecstatic for receiving not one but two TMs moves?

Nagi doesn't really jump for joy, but he does calmly and graciously accept the gifts.

That, and a small part of him is eager to rub it in Nami's face later.  Not now, though.  Definitely not now.
