[Game Thread] Pokerole: Mount Coronet Mystery
Tyrantrum Round 1

Tyrantrum lowers its head and charges right at Zorn before Scizor can react!

Head Smash 1
5 Dex + 4 Fight + 4 Brawl - 2 - 2 = 9
(5)(2)(2)(1)(4)(5)(5)(2)(6) SMASH!  Tyrantrum lands a critical blow on Zorn's skull!
5 Str + 6 Pow + STAB - 3 + 2 Crit = 11 D6
(2)(4)(4)(1)(6)(6)(5)(5)(5)(2)(2)  Zorn takes 7 damage!!! 1/8 HP -3 Pain
No recoil due to Rock Head.

Scizor steps into the fray, his claws glowing as he pries the dinosaur away from Randolph's dragon!  This Scizor seems to have invested heavily in speed training, as it moves faster than most of the party's pokemon are able to!

Metal Claw 1
6 Dex + 2 Fight + 2 Brawl - 1 - 2 = 7
(4)(1)(3)(3)(5)(4)(4)
2 + 3 + STAB + 1 Technician - 5 Def + SE = 2 D6 + 1
(6)(3) Tyrantrum takes 2 damage 13/15 HP -1 Pain
(4)

Zorn continues to Glare defiantly at the giant dragon despite being heavily injured.  The sheer confidence in that gaze is enough to even give that t-rex pause!

Glare 1 (Spend that experience!)
(5)(2)
Tyrantrum was Paralyzed! -2 Dex

Randolph uses a Super Potion on Zorn.  7/8 HP  Zorn gives Randolph a thumbs up.

Scizor's claws are a blur, just like the bug itself.  Blow after blow lands on the large Rock/Dragon type, but it just doesn't seem to care.

Bullet Punch 2
(6)(5)(5)(3)(1)
(3)(3) Tyrantrum takes 1 damage 12/15 HP -1 Pain

Time for that Turantrum to get a taste of its own medicine!  Zorn can hit just as hard as that Tyrantrum can, and he's gonna prove it!

Iron Head 2
(5)(2)(4)(2)(6)(6)(2)
(5)(6)(1)(1)(6)(4)(3) Tyrantrum takes 4 damage! 8/15 HP -1 Pain

Tyrantrum roars again, seeming to finally realize just how threatening these opponents are.  The roar is loud enough that it causes the whole cavern to shake and stalactites to fall from the ceiling!

Rock Slide 2
3* + 4 + 2 Channel - 1 Pain - 1 Acc - 4 = 3
(5)(1)(2)
5 + 3 + STAB - 3 = 6
(5)(4)(1)(1)(2)(2)(6)
Zorn takes 3 damage! 4/8 HP -2 Pain
Scizor takes 3 damage! 6/9 HP -1 Pain
(4)(4)(4)
(5)(6)(4) Scizor Flinches 3!

Zorn's fed up with this Tyrantrum now.  Enough is enough!  This.  Ends.  NOW!!!  RRRRRRAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGHHHH!!!  He charges wildly, not caring how much risk it puts him in!

Outrage 3 (Spend that Will Point!)
(3)(2)(5)(3)(1)
(5)(5)(3)(3)(5)(4)(3)(3) Tyrantrum takes 5 damage! 3/15 HP -2 Pain
(3)(6)(3)(5) Zorn takes 2 recoil damage from the Life Orb! 2/8 HP -2 Pain

Tyrantrum begins stomping around in fury, trying to squish the tiny little ants that are causing it so much pain.

Earthquake 3
3* + 4 + 2 - 2 - 6 = 1
(2) ...thankfully, the cavern does not shake this time, as Tyrantrum didn't hit any particularly sensitive seismic points.

Scizor shakes his head, finally recovering from Flinching due to one of the stalactites clocking his head.  He attempts to deal just a liiiitle bit more damage to assist Zorn...

Pursuit 4
10 - 1 - 8 = 1
(3) ...but the dragon's rocky hide is far too tough for him to make more than a tiny, insignificant little scratch.

Zorn continues attacking with reckless abandon regardless!

Outrage 4
(4)(5)(1)
(2)(3)(1)(1)(2)(6)(3)(4) Tyrantrum takes 2 damage! 1/15 HP -3 Pain!
(4) Zorn takes 1 recoil damage! 1/8 HP -3 Pain

Its potential prey running out of moves and almost completely exhausted, Tyrantrum calms down slightly and tries to focus down the most dangerous threats...

Dragon Claw 4
11* - 3 - 8 = 0

Zorn manages to wiggle out of the way of Tyrantrum's jaws, thrashing around and beating Tyrantrum to a pulp in the process!

Outrage 5
(5)
(4)(3)(1)(2)(3)(2)(2)(6) Tyrantrum takes 3 damage and faints!
(2)(2)

Miraculously, Zorn survived the whole Round!  Barely.  He's breathing heavily and super duper exhausted, even more so than when he fought that Excadrill.

Scizor lets out a sigh of relief and finds a spot to sit down.  He pulls out an Oran Berry and pops it in his mouth while he takes a breather to recover his HP.

Randolph, Zorn, and Scizor all gain 5 exp.

Many of the wild pokemon that were hiding from Tyrantrum have also begun to gather around, awestruck that these strangers managed to down such a powerful pokemon in a mere 6 seconds.
