Karen definitely wants to check out that weird looking Absol.  Amethyst does too.  "Be careful with that Mandibuzz, alright?  This place is giving me the heebie jeebies too..."

Espeon encourages Rui to join Randolph in fighting the Mandibuzz, rather than Rui suggesting it herself.  She still sounds a little shaken from the earlier incident, but she's trying her best to not be a burden.  "...m-may we join you, Randolph?  If these Shadow Pokemon are as bad as Espeon says they are...w-well, I'd like to help.  Or...try to, at least..."

Mandibuzz stares at the passerby below as they work on getting themselves organized.  It doesn't seem to be aggressive at first...

Rui, not being a pokemon trainer and having amnesia, is uncertain which pokemon to use for the battle.  She ends up looking to Espeon and Scizor for advice (neither have a pokeball for differing reasons).  Espeon simply shakes its head and looks at Scizor.  The armored bug gives Rui a nod and prepares himself for a fight.

As soon as Randolph and Rui gather underneath the tree Mandibuzz is roosting in and start summoning pokemon, the vulture spreads its wings and shrieks!  It leaps off of the branch it's on and dives towards the humans and their pokemon, now in full attack mode instead of waiting around for something to happen!

Welp, looks like it's gone plain berserk.
