...as he and his dearest faeeveelution get close to the shore of a different body of water for the sake of refilling their supply on drinkable water. They both are suprised by a big Pokemon just close-by - It's obviously a rare Lapras, and it receives a puzzled as well as sad look from both. He withholds any agressive action for now and instead asks this gentle 'Mon a simple question: "Now, what is a dear Lapras like ya doing at a tarn atop of tha region's highest mountain, does yar species not usually....dwell at a LOWER sea level?"

As long as Lapras isn't attacking, Kee will neither, he seems well aware that those Pokemon are usually friendly. But he has Octavia out shall it become necessary to defend himself.

Lapras isn't attacking, thankfully.  It merely floats in the middle of the tarn, minding its own business until Kee addresses it.  When asked why it's here, Lapras gives Kee a partially confused, partially sad look in return.
