The black aura surrounds Absol, silhouetting its white fur against the white snow! The shadows rush towards not Kee's pokemon, but Kee himself!

As black shadows crackle up and down the pokeballs on Kee's person, preventing him from recalling or summoning pokemon, Octavia unsteadily sways on her feet as she attempts to sing a song of her own to counter the one she heard earlier that's still echoing in her head.

Through sheer willpower, though, it manages to retain consciousness for just a few seconds longer. It gazes into Kee's eyes, a very, very thankful look in those ice blue eyes of its own. It turns its head to look in the direction of the cave, and then collapses soon afterwards, unconscious.
Octavia is finally able to take a moment to clear her head and steady herself. She stays very close to Kee, eyeing that Absol warily.
Kee, Octavia, and Orpheus all get 4 exp.
