[Meta Thread] Dragonstrike's Pokerole Test Game: Mount Coronet Mystery

We all know how good and useful they were in Iron's Pokerole, and even going by my rules for Transform having a Pokemon Ditto and any Pokemon that can use the Move is pretty useful in general! Heck, with Dragonstrike's version of Pokerole, Ditto is arguably stronger than ever, since you really don't have to worry about its Attributes other than HP and DEX , and even DEX can be ignore in favor of uping Survival and Alert instead. All that being said, what ARE your rules for governing Transformation mechanics, Dragonstrike? Iron's, mine, or you got your own version of it brewed up?

If it wasn't clear, that Ditto was basically an exact copy of my Absol mini boss. Wink  It'll behave much the same way when Transforming into most pokemon, which is similar to how it worked in CCV.  The rulebook does specify that Transform copies Ability, Attributes, Trait Modifiers, and Moves.

There are exceptions, of course.  A Ditto can't truly copy a Legendary pokemon's powers, for example.

For now, I'd like to limit Transform to line of sight for simplicity, but memory Transformations will likely be possible at a later date.
