From what I can tell, Gamefreak took a lot of liberities with the Learnpools of Pokemon post Dexit with additional and/or removals to them, so they are a bit....strange, to put it simply, from what little I've looked into. Considering I no longer purchase Nintendo products , though, all Gens past 7 are pretty much non-existent to me, so I don't care about them in the slightest. If Dragonstrike ends up using content from future Gens in his campaigns I wouldn't object to it, but I will be in the dark about it for the most part unless he reveals all the details surrounding it.
