The further they go, the moer Kee realizes that this mine is, while STILL being interesting and fascinating, quite an eerie place to be. Ugh, hopefully they'll find the Stairs soon enough.

When the quiet- and loneliness of the mine is SUDDENLY and RUDELY disturbed by a massive tremble, Octavia near-panics and jumps straight into Kee's protective arms and hisses at the walls, together they JUST make it to get out of the way of this Steelix. Time feels like it slows for Kee as that glittering and gemstone-like Steelix rushes by - what an incredibly beautiful Pokemon. Dangerous to a deadly degree, yes - but still beautiful, Kee follows it with a gaze full of fascination, awe AND not too little discomfort. "Damn, Ran.... In whatever way ya managed to WORK at a place like this AND survive, I'm glad ya did - Damn are mines DANGEROUS."

Octavia nudges Kee and leaps outta his embrace once it is gone and left behind massive holes in the walls to get him back to his senses, and the next thing that catches his eyes are DOGS - are those....? ...YES, those ARE Lycanroc, what the heck are these dogs from his homeregion are doing down a MINE?

Please, please try to GET A HOLD OF YARSELF, they WILL NOT harm ya 's long me and Octavia are here, ya're not alone, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, we're here with ya, ALRIGHT?" He's honestly and frankly doing his best despite looking close to panic as well. "Look, listen, PLEASE HEAR ME OUT NOW: BRING UP YAR ROSERADE OR GASTRODON AND HELP ME D'FEATING 'N CHASING 'EM AWAY, they are ROCK TYPES, didn't ya want to WORK on yar fear, didn't ya adopt a Mightyena JUST FOR THAT PURPOSE? Well, HERE'S a chance, C'MON, we can do this TOGETHER, I don't care if I get injured 's long as I can keep YOU safe, and you WILL be safe!!"


Hopefully that'll be enough to get Karen to join with either Roserade or Gastrodon (or maybe even BOTH), if not then Kee's going to get Lucas and get him to summon a Grass or Water Type. On how own side will be Octavia (@Quick Claw = +2 on the Init Roll) and Draven - and just asking, is there enough space to in theory summon his Drampa or not?
