No it wasn't.  That was because of its Plot Deviced Ability, Diamond Skin.  I should have made that clearer, tbh, but Windos got that exactly right in his battle logs.

Hard not to figure that out when all the Water Moves we threw at it did jack all! I also figured that Sing probably wouldn't work on it too given it's unusual Typing and the Prior Plot Device, so I held off doing so for the first Round to prioritize Sleeping one of the Onix before confirming if it did or not in the 2nd Round, as Paula didn't really have any other Moves she could use in her first Action optimally besides Lucky Chant (Which was not exactly too useful mid-combat, or even at the last Round, but hey, wanted her to go out with Style instead of shame) . Gave it some pretty nasty Shadow Moves too, as Shadow End and Shadow Rave are some of the strongest ones available !

Of course, given it's Typing and the numerous amount of Pokemon the group at large that could exploit its Weakness, once its backup turned tail and ran, focusing it down was a simple matter! Overall, it was a fun and challenge boss battle that showcased how terrifying fighting a pack of angry snake Pokemon can be, but that coordinated teamwork and grit can even take the worst serpents down! Nice job, Dragonstrike!
