Wait, according to the Core book and the app of Pokerole, Ralts evolution line can learn Lucky Chant using 17 XP. And Kirlia right now have 24 XP! I might be able to pull off such combo soon next time. Thats a pretty awesome combo indeed Dragonstrike.
