Any Move with Chance Dice Effects can benefit from Sheer Force, which means that the Life Orb Recoil will not apply to Chance Dice Effect Moves so long as Sheer Force is applied to them. For example, Aqua Jet has no Chance Dice Effect, so it gets the Life Orb Recoil, but Waterfall gets Sheer Force Boost and anti-Recoil LO 'effect' due to the move having a 3D6 Chance to Flinch.
