Yes, that's roughly how Bad Dreams works. It's rather similar to Nightmare. It's also a Plot Device Ability, so I may think of some other benefits as well, though they likely won't be as strong as if Darkrai was utilizing it.
Those benefits somehow would work against Dialga? Depending of the extra effects it could make a difference. To not spoil anything, you can send a PM with the description of the effects if you want. Unless you want to keep as a surprise in the right moment?
