Hmm....what level is Nami, btw? Because if its near a 10s threshold and she has any XP, you might want to invest in raising one of her Attributes or Skills in order to up the Damage of Night Shade, as it does Level of the User/10 worth of Flat Rolled Damage against a target.
Right now, she is level 40, so Psywave and Nighshade will have a base power of 4.
