I think I have a Hyper Potion with me, but I was planning in Nami attack with a Focus Blast and then use a Super/Hyper Potion depending of the amount of damage she would receive back. Since we need to beat Primal Dialga very quickly.

Hmm....I don't have a problem with that, but if I recall correctly Nami is still hurt/not healed yet, so it may be to her best interests to use Nightmare (Non-Special 1 Damage), heal with a Super Potion or Hyper Potion depending on how much HP she has after Shadow Primal Dialga attacks, THEN go into Focus Blast and use the last slot for whatever you wish (preferably a Flat Damage Move, but anything works really) . If Octavia can Psych copy Scizor's Boosts, then I don't think it matters if they get KOed soon, since that means the group (or Lucas really) gets to summon a more suitable Pokemon in their place (Like Sally) .
