Hmm....I don't have a problem with that, but if I recall correctly Nami is still hurt/not healed yet, so it may be to her best interests to use Nightmare (Non-Special 1 Damage), heal with a Super Potion or Hyper Potion depending on how much HP she has after Shadow Primal Dialga attacks, THEN go into Focus Blast and use the last slot for whatever you wish (preferably a Flat Damage Move, but anything works really) . If Octavia can Psych copy Scizor's Boosts, then I don't think it matters if they get KOed soon, since that means the group (or Lucas really) gets to summon a more suitable Pokemon in their place (Like Sally) .

Don't sweat about it. Nami didn't get any damage in the previous round so you can calm yourself.

I don't think Focus Blast as second action is not a good idea. Its already difficult to use in the first action:

De(4*)+Fight(3)+Channel (3)-Accuracy(3)-Action(2)=6D6

4D6 of accuracy it's a bit difficult to pull of. And if Nami get any pain...I prefer to try Focus Blast in the first turn.

Although...Dialga still under effect of Telekinesis.
