The Splash Plate follows the examples of its brethren, returning to its creator and master.  Once again, Arceus changes colors.




The Splash Plate, representation of still waters and raging tsunamis, soothing rain and pounding rainstorms.  Water is as flexible as it is non-viscous.  It bends and flows until it finds the path of least resistance.  It lives a comforting life, but that is not to say that it did not earn that comfort.  Water is a determined element, and not even the very Ground and Rock can block its flow forever.  It is a suitable building block and basis for life itself, as living things are as determined as the very things they are made of.  Once they set their minds to something, they will do it, always bending, never breaking.  It is a type that truly gives meaning to the saying 'life will find a way'. Even when living things are sad, and tears made of Water stream from their faces, they will find a way to persevere and keep living, moving forward with their lives like a river flowing towards the ocean.

I cannot guarantee that I will have answers for you, Kogeki Kurayami.  Many of them, you will have to discover for yourself.  You are free to ask questions while you are in this place, though.  However, let us wait a moment before you ask them.  There are other matters that need to be addressed, and what I have to say may very well answer some of your questions before they are even asked.
