Massive Illusions? What you mean? I sorry, I skip a lot of points of videos and jump right to the end so certain information escape my knowledge.

It's an obscure piece of information about the Dynamax phenomenon, mentioned only by the player character's mother in Sword and Shield's post game.  It's not a topic that's widely talked about.

Apparently, Professor Magnolia's research on Dynamax suggests that Dmax and Gmax mons are not actually giant pokemon, but illusory projections caused by the power of the Wishing Stars used to trigger the phenomenon when the conditions are right.

That doesn't make the massively powerful attacks with wide ranging effects any less real, though.  *shrug*
