If anyone else has any other ideas for how to get out of this stupid time loop trap that's determined to kill us via old age of all things if the Poison and damage don't do so first, I'm all ears.

 
I've got three, but have absolutely no idea whether they could do something significant as they are mere brainstorming.

Try to confuse those Lumineon themselves, and hope that they either hurt or - maybe better - poison themselves to age themselves likewise.

...kill them. Pretty messy, pretty morbid, not recommended, but relatively easy to do with the Ancient Sword. If lucky, they'll come back to life via the timeloop.

Maybe we should ALL visit those Lumineon and show or fight them with our Ancient Artifacts to prove ourselves worthy? Or prove yourself worthy by being nice and help others where you can during the loop, like in that movie Groundhog Day. But the big question is whether these Lumineon react favourably, they seem pretty aggressive.
