The trees are packed too closely together to take cover behind them!  That's why there's corridors!

In such a tight space, the battle quickly devolves into a semi-chaotic mess where it's difficult to keep track of exactly what's going on!

Oh... And what about seeking cover within the trees instead? Me feels that should be possible, but very likely not for Kee but instead for a species of Pokemon that can either fly/is a bird or is known for superior jumping skills.

Such a pretty chaos of a battle. But Ziggy Kee still manages to keep a cool head and focus on his stuff and actions, he's done so as a human (Gym)Trainer and will continue doing so as a 'Mon himself. Looks like he hasn't fully adapted yet to being on that side of a fight however as this flying scorpi of a Gligar just shrugged off his assault. Damn!

(...)"Daxter! Karen!" Said Kogeki, showing genuine concern for his companions. Despite not remembering very much of his human side, he still worry for his new friends, even more with their oath they did together. And if Karen and Kogeki know each other from their human time...well, if those enemies hadnt had reasons to make the Delta Riolu pissed, now they ignite his anger.

He look at the Meditite with gelid blue eyes, filled with rage and anger. "You bastard! How dare you do that! You will pay dearly for that! I will drain you Aura until you are just a dry corpse!"(...)

...Bad wording. VERY bad wording, and a nice way to trigger Kee after he just sworn to himself to prevent anyone around him from killing fellow 'Mon regardless how justified it may or may not be. (￣ω￣;)

Still leaping around mid-battle he yells at Kogeki at a volume that, if only going by this volume and not by appearance or looks, gives of an impression that Kee is not a smol KISS-esque Zigzagoon but instead a full-fledged Obstagoon performing their favoured Obstruct technique. "NO ya will NOT do so Kogeki, pwease GET A FREAKIN' HOLD OF YAR RAGE or else I'll try how loud I can snarl AT YOU 'nstead at an opponent, have ya already FORGOTT'N what Marcus JUST TOLD US 'bout killin' fellow 'Mon?!"


Oh and while his fellow team members (bar dear Pyra) chose to retaliate and counterattack that Meditite's assault, Kee himself escaped the offensive front at an appropriate moment and instead retrive that very pinkish Pecha Berry from now-officially-his guitarbag-thingy; and with it gently held in between his jaws he leaps over to Dax, drops it into his very hands and then leaps away again. In a much more gentle voice than that one he used to shout at Kogeki, he informs them that "Take a bite, it's sweetness shall effieciently overwrite yar nausea!~"
